Faced with a surprising statistic that suggests that the life expectancy of transgender people ranges between 35 and 37 years, a figure overshadowed by the violence, discrimination and rejection they face due to their gender identity and expression, an innovative proposal emerged. This is an issue that remains silenced, unknown and overlooked by many, and it is precisely in this context that creativity and awareness converge.

In an act of visual storytelling, I created a graphic that employs distinctive makeup, a potent symbol of transgender identity, to convey this powerful narrative. At the intersection of art and awareness, this graphic representation aims to illustrate that, despite living in a world that claims to be free, the shadow of discrimination can shorten lives and limit identities.

Within this narrative context, I imagined it would be captivating to present the Transvida Foundation to the public uniquely. This graphic is intended to inform and open the door to the Transvida Foundation, providing a window for people to become familiar with their mission.
